Mr. Lou Sekora (Port Moody—Coquitlam—Port Coquitlam, Lib.):
Mr. Speaker, for Dulce Huscroft, giving was a way of reaching out to people. She gave freely of her time whenever called upon and often because she alone saw a need.
It seems only a few short weeks ago that her family and friends rallied together to show her just how much they cared. Today we gather again to pay our respects and to say goodbye to a truly caring person.
Dulce always put her family first and to them I offer my sympathy. She touched many of us in her busy life as a school trustee, community volunteer and as a caring parent. We will all miss her.
